How long to launch?

Most clinics will be able to launch in under two weeks once branding assets and EMR credentials are ready. We aren't quite there yet, and are excited to bring this to you.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes. We provide a Business Associate Agreement as part of onboarding.

Which EMRs are supported?

Elation is in active integration; Hint, Healthie, and Cerbo are on the roadmap.

Is this white-label?

Yes - custom colors, logo, and domain, plus branded mobile apps.

Any gotchas?

Messaging is being built in-house to provide a rich experience that traditional EMRs can't provide. Patient accounts/logins are handled separately from your EMR (we recommend turning them off entirely), but all data integrates at a practice level with the necessary permissioning and scopes to remain secure.
